My Simpsons OC: Jeffrey Delmar Robertson

I was just messing around with my Cintic, and decided to see if I could imitate a Matt Groening-like style, Before I knew it, I'd randomly designed this guy. I don't know who he is, but a couple of friends named him "Jeffrey Delmar Robertson." So that's who he is.
